Lamont Richmond probably didn’t think twice about how his life would change after his recent altercation with Justin Bieber in Cleveland.

But the 6 foot tall man who threw Bieber to the ground is claiming that the scuffle is now affecting his everyday life. Richmond claims that he has lost his job, been forced off social media, and found himself on the receiving end of abuse from Bieber fans – all for protecting himself and the women he was with.

Richmond was a maintenance worker at a college in downtown Cleveland, but after the brawl with the Biebs, he was fired, telling the Daily Mail, “It’s not going well for me right now.”

Richmond, who is speaking out for the first time since the fight, says he asked for an autograph for one of the women he was with and Bieber struck him with a right hook. He revealed, “The autograph wasn’t even for me – I respect his professionalism but I’ve never been a fan. He seemed to be in one of those ‘I don’t want to sign autograph’ phases. He was all ‘Get out of my face.’”

As for the punches thrown by the Biebs, Richmond says, “He didn’t connect. I’m pretty good at ducking punches. I asked him: ‘What are you doing? They only wanted an autograph. Don’t be so disrespectful.”‘

The only way Richmond feels the issue will be resolved is “to sit down with him man-to-man, talk about some resolution and shake his hand.” 

It’s still unclear whether Richmond will take Biebs to court.

Judging by Bieber’s recent feelings toward fans and the media, we doubt the singer will smooth things over himself. Only time will tell.

NeNe Leakes is not here for her nose job haters.

The reality star stopped by Watch What Happens Live last night and confirmed plastic surgery rumors.

“Yes, I had my nose done again!” she admitted, responding to a caller.

NeNe was very open about her surgery, which she says was for medical reasons. “My cartilage was going in my nose, and the tip of my nose was touching my lip when I smiled,” she explained.

And if you think The Real Housewives of Atlanta star cares about judgmental reactions on social media, she ended the conversation with:

“It’s only day 13, so I’m very swollen. I’m the kind of girl who will give it to you straight – I got my nose done because I can, and I will, and I will get it done again if I want to, okay?”

Bloop! After her appearance, NeNe took to Twitter to further drive home her point…with a touch of humor, of course.

According to the US Census Bureau, 23.6% of American children grow up without dads in the household, so it’s no surprise that many people dread Father’s Day as a reminder of their childhood.

Jennifer Harsh, the director of behavioral medicine for general internal medicine at the University of Nebraska, revealed to Omaha.com different ways to handle difficult family members to make navigating holidays a little easier.

She explains that if you have an unhealthy relationship with your parents, you have to set boundaries to make sure you remain comfortable in the situation. Harsh recommends setting those mental boundaries before you even step into the room.

“If beforehand we think about it, we can actually respond instead of react,” she says.

She also recommends having an ally so you can vent out the emotions to a trusted person. “It’s really useful to have somebody in our lives, whether it’s our partner or our friends, that we can talk to about our feelings surrounding these interactions,” she said.

Focusing on the positive is also important. We all have imperfectly perfect families.

“Family relationships — maybe they’re not perfect and maybe they’re not great, but there is usually something that you can find that you like about a relationship or that you feel good about,” Harsh said.

If you’re on the other side of the coin where you are no longer connected to your parent or your parent is deceased, creating new memories can be very helpful.

“Some people might go to brunch with their partner at a place that they used to really like to go to with their family,” she said.

Whatever your situation is, finding a way to make sentimental holidays your own, is the best way to cope with those awkward or sad days.

Large breasts, if you have them you know it can be like carrying a small child on your chest. So as the weather gets warmer, and the clothing gets skimpier, we want to be able to help you make it through the summer.

Don’t look like a boob at work.

Don’t you wish you could just be naked during the hottest days of the summer? But you can’t because you have to go to work, and unless you’re a stripper, clothing is not optional.

If you’ve got big jugs, then you have to learn the art of balance. To balance out your large chest, try wearing wide-leg pants or a-line skirts. This will help proportion your entire body. Also, wear styles that flatter larger chests. While you think that a crew neck might “hide,” your chest, you should go for looks that compliment your décolletage. Sweetheart necklines and v-neck shirts will compliment your cleavage not look like you have something to hide.

It’s what’s underneath that matters.

You need to have a well-fitting bra. If your bra does not fit well, your boobs will suffer. Fin. Your bra is too small if there is any spillage from the sides, and if you can stick your hand comfortably in your bra, then it’s too big. Get yourself professionally fitted to know what size you really wear.

Mind your posture.

Don’t slouch! You might be slouching because your breasts are so heavy they hurt your back. Stop! Stand up straight and be proud! If you have serious back pain, look into getting a reduction. It can be covered under many medical insurances, depending on the size of your breasts.

Stay dry

If there is a day you have to wear a heavier blazer or can’t wear something light, you might try using baby powder or spray deodorant your body, including in your bra. Yes, you might look like a newborn underneath; however, it will keep you cool. Ever perspire underneath your breasts because of the heat? These can help can minimize or even prevent the problem because they will act as absorbents. Sweaty boobs, no more!

A few weeks ago, I took a dance class at Alvin Ailey Extension that was inspiring, exhilarating, and challenging; the way my body felt, experiencing movement in ways I had not (or might have forgotten) – it was almost spiritual.

I had to see the hoofers in action.

It’s Dance Week in New York City, (which ends June 25) and you can get a free dance class with a purchase of a ticket to see Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Performances at Lincoln Center through June 19. If you haven’t had an Ailey experience and don’t live in New York City, don’t worry – the company travels!

I chose an Ailey show where all pieces were Ailey, because….why not?

We moved through the choreography of the Alvin Ailey and it was like moving through time. The range of emotions expressed through movement are powerful.

We started in 1958 with Blues Suite and the dancers moved gracefully. The impactful, deliberate movements, the cat and mouse chase, with the women surrendering, and the gorgeous costuming by Ves Harper brought us the Southern Black experience. We breathed through Negro spirituals and desires for love, acceptance, and poignant examples of anger.

We then moved into Love Songs, which was such a beautiful piece and commanded my undivided attention the entire performance. It brought you through a journey of love and longing, and the way XXX contorted his body and the passion in which he performs, you aren’t watching the performance – you feel it. It was hands-down my favorite piece of the evening.

Afterward, they gave a tribute to women with Cry. Ailey himself created Cry for his mother and utilized Judith Jamison to illustrate the experience. Watching an African-American dancer on stage, commanding a presence that is focused on the representation of Black women, is empowering.

Jamison once revealed, “Exactly where the woman is going through the ballet’s three sections was never explained to me by Alvin. In my interpretation, she represented those women before her who came from the hardships of slavery, through the pain of losing loved ones, through overcoming extraordinary depressions and tribulations. Coming out of a world of pain and trouble, she has found her way – and triumphed.”

Revelations is by far the most famous Ailey piece. For some reason, in the dance world, most companies won’t always perform the “star” pieces. But not Ailey.

T.I.‘s stepdaughter, Zonnique Pullins is in big trouble with the law.

The young lady was arrested on Friday, June 17th, when she was caught carrying a concealed weapon through security at Atlanta International Airport.

According to the police report, Pullins “attempted to go through the TSA checkpoints…while carrying a 380 Ruger semiautomatic pistol.” The 20-year-old said that she has a weapons permit, but authorities were unable to find it. She was taken to a local precinct where police charged her for carrying a concealed weapon in an unauthorized area.

According to CBS 46 Pullins was not released until after 2 a.m. on Friday morning.

This is the second time in a month that T.I. has been in the news for a gun-related incident. On May 25th, a gunman opened fire inside New York City’s Irving Plaza, where the rapper was set to perform.

After the Game 6 thumping that the Cavs dealt the defending champion Golden State Warriors on Thursday night, MVP wife Ayesha Curry took to her favorite form of social media, Twitter, to “call out” the NBA for what she thinks is a rigged league.

She quickly deleted the tweet, but once again, Steph Curry‘s wife is in the news for all the wrong reasons.

On Thursday night, ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith made a comparison between the way Ayesha has behaved, to the way LeBron’s wife, Savannah Brinson, had handled herself throughout her husband’s hall of fame career. “She’s [Savannah] wonderful inside and out. She sits there, she doesn’t bring any attention to herself. She never tweets and goes out there and calls out the league and stuff like that. And nobody, nobody, is more scrutinized than her husband,” he said.

Well, Ayesha did not take his words in stride. Instead, she fired back on Twitter.

Smith was not going to let Curry push him around though, he clarified further on First Take on Friday.

The series on the court has been dramatic enough, but with Ayesha defending fans, and throwing verbal punches at reporters and the NBA its self, the battle off the court is just as scintillating.

Emboldened by a series of “hate crimes and the current election season,” attacks by White supremacists rose dramatically in 2015, reports USA Today.

The news comes against the backdrop of the one-year anniversary of the massacre at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston by avowed White supremacist Dylann Roof. 

The “massacre came during what experts described as a multi-year surge in activity among white supremacists, a surge that has continued into this year. And presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump may be fueling the fire,” writes USA Today:

The Southern Poverty Law Center released a report in February 2015 — the center’s most recent available data — revealing that domestic terrorist attacks occurred, on average, once every 34 days from April 2009 and February 2015. The study included violence from people on the radical right and homegrown jihadists, often from lone wolves.

“I think we’re going to continue to see that. We’ve certainly seen a number of incidents (this year),” SPLC president Richard Cohen said, adding that Omar Mateen, the gunman who killed 49 people Sunday in an Orlando nightclub, “has all the earmarks of a lone wolf attacker.”

Lone wolf white supremacists have also often been the perpetrators in those attacks, Cohen said, such as Roof and Michael Page, the shooter who killed six people at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin in 2012.

Mark Pitcavage, a historian for the Anti-Defamation League, told the news outlet, “A lot of the extreme right perceives [Republican presumptive presidential nominee] Trump as being largely sympathetic to many of their views.”

Sad News: Body of Missing Pregnant Louisiana Teacher Found

Baton Rouge police positively ID’d the body of a local pregnant teacher on Friday. Lyntell Washington, 40, had been missing since last Thursday.

According to Fox 8-New Orleans, last Thursday, Washington’s 3-year-old daughter was found in Baton Rouge alone near her vehicle, which had blood inside it. The East Parish County coroner said that Washington died due to a gunshot to the head, but thankfully her fetus, who also passed away, didn’t suffer any physical trauma. Washington’s body was so badly decomposed that they had to use a DNA test to confirm her identity.

Robert Marks, 39, Washington’s married boyfriend, was arrested and charged by police with Washington’s murder and feticide, WAFB reported. Police claim that the assistant principle killed Washington because he didn’t want to tell his wife that Washington was pregnant with his child.

“We have all the details that we need, we have all the evidence that we need, that’s why he’s being charged with those particular crimes and that’s why we think he will go to jail and stay in jail for this particular time,” says BRPD spokesperson L’Jean McKneely.

Scandal’s Kerry Washington hopes that one day we will see a female president of color–and if we do, she wants for it to be California’s Attorney General Kamala Harris.

“Somebody that I’m a huge fan of, but she’s running for Senate right now, is Kamala Harris in California. I think she’s extraordinary. I do think she could be president one day,” she told the Huffington Post.

But is the nation ready for it? Washington isn’t so sure.

“I don’t know. We’re in a really challenging place as a country right now. Some of the rhetoric around women, around immigrants, around people of color is breathtaking to me,” she said. “I think also there are a lot of us who are fighting for inclusivity and justice. I don’t know that it’s in the next term, but maybe.”

We can always dream can’t we?

Disney to Post New Alligator Warning Signs After Neb. Toddler’s Death

Walt Disney World Resort is installing signs at its resort beach locations warning of alligators and snakes, the Washington Post reported. This decision happened days after a Nebraska 2-year-old boy was attacked and drowned by a alligator while playing in a lake at Florida resort.

“We are installing signage and temporary barriers at our resort beach locations and are working on permanent, long-term solutions at our beaches,” Disney spokeswoman Jacquee Wahler said in a statement late Friday afternoon.

“We continue to evaluate processes and procedures for our entire property,” she added.

Before the attack, there were signs warning guests not to swim, but they weren’t explicit about potential dangerous animals in the water, the newspaper pointed out.

The singer died Friday of renal kidney disease at hospital in his home state of New Jersey.

Known for his signature voice, Cordes helped P.M. Dawn become a No. 1-charting group in the 1990s. The group made its debut more than two decades ago with the hit song Set Adrift On Memory Bliss in 1991. The song reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts and solidified the group’s place in music history.

Other hits included Paper Doll, Looking Through Patient Eyes and I’d Die Without You, which was featured on the soundtrack for the 1992 Eddie Murphy film Boomerang.

According to People, he is survived by his wife Mary and their three children, Christian, Mia & Brandon.

Without a doubt, DJ Khaled is the entertainer of the year.

The actor Ron Lester, best known for his role as Billy Bob in the 1999 film Varsity Blues, died on Friday evening.

Lester’s agent David Bradley confirmed the actor’s death to Entertainment Weekly, citing the cause as liver and kidney failure. According to TMZ, Lester had been hospitalized for four months in Dallas.

Stemming from his breakout role in the 90’s comedy, the actor made TV appearances on television shows like Popular, Freaks and Geeks, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and CSI: NY. Lester, who at his biggest weighed over 500 pounds, had gastric bypass surgery to drop the weight.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes revealed that she got a second nose job.

According to Us Magazine, NeNe explained to a fan, “I had my nose done again. Yes, I did. It was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again. My cartilage was growing in my nose, and my tip was touching the top of my lip.” She continued, “I got a lot of comments about it, too, on my social media. People are constantly judging and picking people apart. It’s absolutely horrible. People don’t even know what the purpose is. So, first of all, educate yourself and get the reason why. But I’m also the kind of girl who will give it to you straight. I got my nose done because first of all, I can. I will. And I’ll get it done again if I want to. OK?”

Kevin Hart is a man of many talents.

The actor and comedian stopped by BBC Radio 1 Lounge during a press run for the animated film The Secret Life of Pets. During his stop, Hart decided to cover Desiigner‘s smash hit “Panda,” but in his character Snowball‘s voice. Watch the funny clip above.

On Thursday, family and loved ones got together for a private funeral held for Christina Grimmie.

A private service was held in Christina’s home state of New Jersey. The following day, the public was welcomed to the Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford for a memorial, according to Gossip Cop. Christina was shot and killed during a concert in Orlando, Florida last Friday night.

Friday marked the one year anniversary of the tragic mass shooting at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina. As we know, Dylann Roof walked into the church during a nighttime Bible Study and an hour later he allegedly opened fire and shot and killed nine parishioners in the church’s basement. According to the survivors, Roof told them, he wanted to start a race war.

Despite it being 12 months later, the Charleston community and the nation are still reeling from this painful reminder of hate.

The White House released a statement on Friday reminding Americans to “never forget.”

“As a nation, we cried for their suffering, honored their lives, and as President Obama noted, challenged ourselves, even in the midst of our sadness, “To see where we’ve been blind.” We came together to make clear how the Confederate flag has been a “reminder of systematic oppression and racial subjugation.” We were reminded of how gun violence inflicts a “unique mayhem” on our nation. The tragedy spotlighted how past injustices continue to shape our present actions. And the encouraging call of South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley to take down the Confederate flag from the state’s capitol was part of an incredible moment of national unity,” wrote Valerie Jarrett, Senior Advisor to the President of the United States.

But Jarrett also stressed that given the recent mass shooting at a LGBT club in Orlando that killed 49, we have a much more work to do in preventing this senseless violence.

“We cannot turn away from the fact that the worst mass shooting in our history took place just five days ago or that approximately 30,000 lives each year are cut short by gun violence in this country, and that countless more lives are forever changed through injuries or the loss of a loved one,” she said.

Jarrett added, “The vast majority of Americans and the majority of gun owners want to do something about this. They too feel the fierce urgency of now — understanding that it is not the time to give up the fight to end senseless gun violence.”

The first memorial took place at a service at the TD Arena in downtown Charleston where the Rev. Dr. Juenarrl Keith led the invocation and even asked God to have mercy on the soul of accused shooter Dylann Roof, CNN noted. At that event, there was also a call to action about the rising gun violence epidemic that plagues our nation.

“Words alone, no matter how sincere or well intended, cannot be substituted for sustained and meaningful action,” Mayor John Tecklenburg said at the event. “Can’t we at least remove the availability of assault weapons from those who have broken the law? Those who have mental issues? Can’t we at least complete reasonable background checks?”

But as the New York Times noted, South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and the Republican politicians didn’t mention gun control at the event when asked to speak.

“I don’t have anything political to say,” Haley stressed. However, she did praise the resilience of the three people wounded by Roof and the families of the slain, CNN noted. “For them, it feels like it does to me. I feel like this just happened yesterday,” she said.

It’s always nice when exes can speak kindly of their past significant other, even years later. Such is the case with Bow Wow, regarding his relationship with Ciara. The couple dated as teenagers from ages 17-19, which was highly publicized by their single, “Like You” in 2005.

The rapper/actor sat down with Vlad TV to talk about his career, Ciara, and dichotomy when co-parenting.

“When she drop ‘Goodies’ [is when they got serious,” he said. “How we met was crazy, because she was an extra in my tour— in the intro movie to my show. She was the girl sitting behind me in the classroom. And she had a two-way [pager] and I remember Jazzy was like, ‘I got this artist!’ I was like, ‘She’s cute of whatever, but I’m cool.’ We became cool, got each other numbers from there. To this day they’re super, super tight [Ciara and his mother].”

The talent talked about how he was resistant to claiming her as his girlfriend in the beginning.

“I didn’t know I cared for her until I tried to play her. Being a dick, egotistic. She kind of boss’d up on me at a Jay Z concert. Then her record went No. 1. I remember Janet [Jackson] always telling me, ‘You know Bow, she’s a sweet girl. You should just try.’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know, I don’t know.’ And Jermaine said, ‘It’s gonna take him seeing that girl with somebody else and he gon’ loose his f**king mind, Don’t tell him nothing.’ [chuckles] And that’s exactly how it happened.”

In regards to his thoughts on her now, over ten years later, he had only positive things to say. “I respect her so much and am so proud of her today. I’m really proud of her because I was there in the beginning. And she’s well deserved at everything she has right now. I’m very happy for her.”

Adding that he understands the complexity of her split with Future and custody issues. “It’s an unfortunate situation for both parties. Being a father myself, I understand how women can really get under your skin. They can play this game, in a system that’s designed in their favor… I think a lot of these women, not Ci(ara) because she doesn’t need the money, but I feel like a lot of these people rely on the system and a lot of these women think they can come up until they actually go in these courtrooms and it plays out the other way.”

“They have a beautiful healthy, baby boy. And hopefully within time, they can come to some sort of medium where everything will be everything.”

Like Ciara, Bow Wow has a young child, with model turned designer Joie Chavis. The pair went through the court system to iron things out in the beginning.

The 29-year-old added a nugget of wisdom to Ciara’s situation. “I hate to see couples or parents, have to go to court. It’s bullsh**. You spend so much unnecessary money on absolutely nothing, and this is the money I could have put away for my kid.”

Despite Lil Wayne’s 2 seizures earlier this week due to alleged epilepsy outbreaks, and not lean, he’s still releasing heat! This is the latest visuals from Weezy as he invites us into his personal in-home skate park for “Skate It Off”.

Tyga is focusing on him and we’re not mad at it.

The California rapper stopped by Big Boy’s Neighborhood to discuss his current ventures, his status with Cash Money Records, and his high-profile relationship with Kylie Jenner. When asked about his on-and-off relationship with Jenner, Tyga felt as though the exploitation of the relationship overshadowed his career.

“When you’re in a very public relationship like that, it’s hard for other people to see you differently than that. Being in that, it took a lot, career-wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for,” says Tyga to Big Boy. Though both have since moved on, Tyga insists that there is no bad blood between him and Kylie.

He also alluded that despite the split, there might be a chance at rekindling in the future, “When something is so damaged or something is just not right, you can’t fix it in a moment. The only thing is time.” Do you think Tyga is better off single? Sound off in the comments below/
